We are incredibly excited to be able to host this wonderful retreat at Cabilla Cornwall for our second year!
We spend so much of our lives caught in our own heads over analysing and over thinking. If we aren’t in our heads we are often attached to computer screens and phones forgetting to actually live. This retreat aims to give you the chance to rewild yourself in the most incredible location. You will be able to give yourself time to explore the forest, practice yoga, eat delicious food and reconnect to yourself and the natural world around you.
The retreat is being held at Cabilla Cornwall. The most incredible retreat centre in the middle of a temperate rainforest. At Cabilla you will be able to take a guided ecological walk, spend time wild bathing and using the woodland sauna, learn about Cabillas Thousand Year trust and enjoy evenings around the fire pit as well as the usual Joy Yoga offerings of yoga, yoga Nidra and wonderful chats!
You will stay in your own off grid Koyt in the woods. The perfect way to star gaze as you fall asleep and wake up gently to the sound of bird song. It’s going to be wonderful.
We have The Mindful Chefette as our chef for the weekend. Kate creates the most incredible food I have ever tasted! Check her out on Instagram- her food is Devine!
