A lovely grounding yoga class followed by meditation , cacao and chats to help you feel more anchored and supported in life. It’s a wonderful opportunity to cultivate more routine into your life to ensure a grounded approach to life. Root to Rise will help you to feel rooted, secure and allow you to come back to you.
