Restore & Flow

Olivia & I are back with this wonderful offering! Restore & Flow is a wonderful mini retreat morning at Joy.
We will start the morning with an embodied vinyasa flow from Jenna to "bring you home". This will be followed by a gorgeously relaxing extended Savasana.
Olivia will then bring you back to your most important tool- your breath. Using a mix of different breathing techniques, essential oils and postures she will guide you through a meditation for deep relaxation for your body, mind & soul. This will give you time to reflect, learn and give your body some much deserved stillness.
We will then pause for a cuppa, snacks and chats before heading off to enjoy the rest of your day.

The mini retreat costs £35 and includes refreshments & snacks.
