Mother's Day Beach Circle

Gather on the Yacht Club Beach for an evening of self-care as the sun is setting over the Caloosahatchee River.

This is a ladies only event, kids 12 and older are more than welcome to attend for free.

Laura will lead you through a calming guided meditation that will lead into a crystal intention-setting ritual (crystals are provided).

Unwind through a gentle yoga stretch followed by a long savasana with essential oils and reiki energy healing.

Afterwards, enjoy a homemade non-alcohol Strawberry Basil Sparkler toasting to ourselves and to one another.

You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed for the week ahead!

What to Bring:
Beach Towel
Beach Sheet
Yoga Mat (optional- they get super sandy)
Water
Hat/Sunglasses
Sunscreen/Bugspray
Anything else that will make you comfy
