Moms Walk - Saratoga Lake Park

Let's get our bodies MOVING - and let's do it early before it's too freaking hot outside! This walk is going to be health-focused. It's okay to be at any stage of fitness. Walkers, runners, we got you.
Kids are welcome as long as they are in a stroller and/or can keep up (so scooters and/or bikes are okay too!)

Saratoga Lake Park has a 3/10 mile paved walking path around it to enjoy a beautiful lake view. Open from sunrise to sunset daily, this park also includes a single fitness path around the perimeter of the park. The trail includes 12 stations with basic equipment and instructions for exercises such as leg stretches, jumping jacks, chin-ups, bench leg lifts, and more.
