Our Monday night Trail Strength crew is rolling into another 7-week training block to keep the momentum going in 2026!
This winter block runs Mon Jan 12 – Mon Mar 2 from 6:45–7:45 PM. (No class Feb 16 for Family Day)
Led by a Certified Exercise Physiologist, each session blends functional strength training, mobility work, and performance conditioning—tailored to the demands of mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and alpine adventures.

Monday nights: 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM
Location: Oak and Pine Athletics, Canmore
Cost: $220.50 (including GST)
What’s included:
- 1 x weekly in-person group training session in Canmore
- Individual program adaptations for your sport, or injury history
- Access to 2nd and 3rd weekly strength sessions plus recovery workouts via our training app
- Coaching designed to transfer directly to trail performance - climb stronger, descend with confidence, and reduce injury risk
