Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another event.
In case a guest is unable to attend due to personal reasons, weather, travel changes, or any unforeseen circumstances, the amount will not be refunded.
If the event is postponed by the organizers, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
