Relax and Release Aerial Yoga with Essential Oils

This Aerial Yoga class is a relaxing class specifically dedicated to opening your body and decompressing the nervous system with the use of the silks. The silks are set low to the ground. There are no full hanging up side down postures, though we will play with some supportive inversions. Learn to use the silk for deeper stretching and support. This is also a great way for first timers to Aerial Yoga to get comfortable with the silk before trying some of our other aerial classes:)

Essential oils will add another layer of relaxation to the experience:)

Basic Mobility is required, otherwise please book a private session!
