Yin Yoga & Essential Oils

The therapeutic aromas of 3-4 essential oils will be offered to enhance your practice, promoting balance and inner peace. Perfect for stress relief and rejuvenation.

Please bring a yoga mat, water and warm sweater.
We do have mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets for everyone to share as available.
