CAMBA Annual General Meeting

It’s that time of year again!

CAMBA’s Annual General Meeting takes place on Friday, May 23, 2025 from 6-10 pm at Finchy’s Bar and Grill (CanGOLF, #125B 306 Bow Valley Trail).

Join us for a drink or burger buffet meal, listen to our upcoming plans and chat with fellow trail users.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

6pm: Doors open. Enjoy Finchy's Burger Bar Dinner (pre-order by May 16, only) or grab a drink. A regular menu will be available downstairs at CANgolf night of.

7pm: AGM starts. Take a seat to learn about our achievements and upcoming projects from the past year. Volunteer childcare available.

8pm: Stick around for the Retro Dance Party. Get involved by dressing RAD for a chance to win a prize!

9:30pm: The lucky winner of the Rad Ride Raffle will also be announced. Don't forget to purchase your tickets here!

AGM THEME

Dress to impress in your best 80’s or 90’s gear to be in with a chance to win best dressed.
