I’m hosting a 3-week breathwork program here in Canmore starting August 9th called The Neurobiology of Breath.
This isn’t just a relaxation class – it’s a deep dive into how your breath can shift the way you think, feel, and show up every day. Over 6 sessions, we’ll explore how breathing impacts your brain and body, while learning simple but powerful practices you can use to feel calmer, clearer, and more energized.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, burnt out, or just want to create a deeper connection to yourself, this program was designed for you.
We’ll keep the group small so it feels personal, and no prior experience is needed.
