Yin & Sound

Join us for Yin & Sound, a deeply restorative experience designed for everyone.

This class focuses on long, juicy stretches supported by props to help you gently release tension and stiffness. We’ll target areas that are often contracted, like those tight spots from sitting all day, and explore how to meet the unique needs of your body.

To deepen your relaxation, the class also includes the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, which help quiet the mind and support the body’s natural healing response.

Each yin pose is not only accessible during class but also something you can easily incorporate into your routine at home. Come unwind, restore, and give your body the care it deserves in this peaceful and nourishing practice.

Dress Warm!!! Why cover the whole body?
As the body becomes more relaxed, it begins to cool. If your body then must work to warm you up again, this may disturb the depth and experience of relaxation.
