What to Expect in a Sound Bath

✨ Deep Relaxation
Let the soothing tones wash over you, helping to release physical tension and quiet the mind.

✨ Emotional Release
The vibrations may gently loosen emotional blockages, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.

✨ Restorative Rest
As your nervous system settles, many experience a profound sense of peace and restfulness—like a reset for the body and mind.

During the session, you'll lie down for 40 minutes to an hour while a variety of instruments are played around you.

To get the most out of your experience:
• Avoid eating for at least 2 hours before class
• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that cover the body
• Bring water and anything else you need to feel cozy lying down (blanket, eye pillow, etc.)
