This round table will explore the intersection of biotechnology, food innovation, and investment strategies that are shaping the future of nutrition. Our distinguished speakers include Sergio Ramos (Airesano), Daniel Prieto (Noso Capital), and Eduardo Sastre (ArrowTime Consultants), who will share insights from their work in biotech entrepreneurship, venture capital, and consultancy. The session will be moderated by Eugenio Briales, Treasurer of ECUSA.
