For the 4th summer in a row, we’re bringing yoga to the river, because it makes us feel good. Our sessions are all about feeling happy in your body, clear in your mind, and open in your heart.
Summer is meant for presence, sunshine, and new friendships, not stress or overthinking. 🌞
Come move, breathe, and share space with a warm and welcoming community. 🌼
Our class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and is complemented by guided meditation and breathwork, leaving you both relaxed and revitalized.

3 Saturdays | July 5, 12, 19 | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Arrive by 10:45 AM, and meet us at the downtown side of the Peace Bridge

🌼 Free unlimited parking available on Memorial Drive at 9 St NW and in Sunnyside.
🌼 Please bring your yoga mat or a towel, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.
