Sessions change and have different focuses, an example is:
Landing and arriving with an embodied-centred focus
Curiosity to what's there today, a noticing and a following with movement
Invitation to bring more exploration to what's there, giving it breath and texture to the space around
Loosening the grip in the muscles, letting the fingers unfurl, releasing the explanation points of the week
Awakening your body as part of the greater body, the greater web
Moments to listen to what being here has to say to you, what's to be received or offered
Subtlety and Fullness of Expression both equally welcomed
A World Music Soundscape that invites a variety of ways to move
