Heart Chakra

Come and learn all about the heart chakra, what it does, and what happens when its blocked. We will touch on the other chakras, but this week's focus will be on the heart chakra.

We will have an open forum conversation where you can add your insight or gain a little as we share knowledge with like-minded individuals. After our discussion time we will take a moment to get in meditation mode. This will be when Aubrey Powell of Blackbird Love will guide us through a meditation accompanied by her Crystal Bowls while Cris DeSha of Rock Paper & Petals will blanket the room in the healing energy of Reiki.

Zero gravity chairs, pillows and throws for added comfort, as well as beverages and snacks will be provided in addition to aa small swag bag to maintain your practice at home.

Come ready to set your intentions and open your heart. we will have time after for questions, feedback, and journaling.
