Workshop Weekend - Systema Breath-work

Control, Calm, and Resilience

This workshop introduces simple, practical breathing methods taken from the Russian practice of Systema. Breath is one of the fastest ways to influence how your body and mind respond to effort, pressure, and stress.

We’ll explore how to use breathing to:
Regulate physical exercise and manage fatigue
Stay calm and composed under pressure
Improve recovery and reduce tension
Support focus and mental clarity
Relax the body and release stored stress

The exercises you will learn are straightforward and effective, and we’ll explore them through fundamental physical exercises, movement and mobility drills, and simple partner work.

This practical approach will help you feel how breath and movement connect, making everything easy to understand and apply whether you’re training, working, or dealing with day-to-day stress.
