Join myself and Jodi for a day of intuitive yoga, energy healing, lunch, yoga nidra and crystal singing bowl sound bath ✨
INTUITIVE YOGA
Connect with your body, moving slowly, mindfully, and intuitively through your poses with awareness on your breath gently expanding.
I will offer some gentle hands on adjustments (optional) with energy healing, to help you to release tension.
ENERGY HEALING
I will be channelling an energy healing transmission for the group and there may be some individual energy healing activations coming through on the day also.
LUNCH
Lunch will be light and fresh, colourful and flavoursome - provided by the lovely Sophie 🌸✨
YOGA NIDRA
After lunch, I will invite you to lay down and rest with a deeply restorative practice of yoga nidra (conscious sleep) 💤
CRYSTAL SOUND BATH
Inviting you to lay down, rest and receive the beautiful healing of the crystal singing bowls and chimes with Jodi from Harmonic Crystals.
If it's a nice day we can also add in a mindful walk in the beautiful setting in the countryside (within cowslip meadows land, down to the lake and back up to the studio)
This is a full day of replenishing yourself in a peaceful setting in the countryside with lovely food and teas, snacks at hand all day.
