How to Make a Summer Meet-Cute

Have you heard about the dating app boycott? The time for IRL meet-cutes has arrived. We’re tanned, we’re feeling good, and we’re ready to meet someone out in the summer heat. But how?

IRL meet-cutes sound amazing, but they're not as easy as swiping on an app. Whether you're introverted, extroverted, or somewhere in between, meeting someone in person takes patience, effort, and practice. Unlike on dating apps, we have to build our social muscles!

Join Stevie Bowen, Certified Dating Coach, Author, and Founder of The City of Dating, as she takes you through a step-by-step way to create new opportunities to meet people IRL and help you go from meet to date this summer!

What we’ll work on:

• Creating a purpose-focused social activity plan that leads to more opportunities to meet people IRL 
• How to open yourself up to connection and using body language to let summer-cuties know it’s okay to approach
• Follow through! How to secure the number and get from meet to date.
• Practicing the social muscle! We will do role-playing exercises for starting conversation, engaging in intentional small talk, active listening, and leaving a conversation. (If this part sounds daunting, that’s the point! This is a safe environment to start getting comfortable meeting new people.)
• Plus! Q&A to ask Stevie all your hard-hitting questions.
