Rise & Shine with Sunflower Yoga

Join Courtney Wood, RYT500, at the beautiful Perry’s Sunflower Maze for a gentle morning yoga flow. There will be two chances during peak sunflower season to participate- Sunday, August 10th, and Saturday August 16th. This grounding, nurturing class amongst the sunflowers will be approximately 60 minutes long and is suitable for all levels. The cost is $15 and includes the yoga class, entry into the sunflower maze, and one cut sunflower to take home. Please bring your own yoga mats. We can’t wait to see you!
