- **Event Description**: Join Courtney Wood, RYT500, and beekeeper/educator Cindy Elsenbeck for a children’s mindful maze walk and “bee talk” through the beautiful Perry’s Sunflower Maze. This fun and educational event will take place on Thursday, August 14th at 9am.  Children will walk mindfully through the sunflower maze, chat, and use their senses to notice what they see, smell, taste, hear, and feel while amongst the maze. Cindy will talk about the importance and impact of the bees. Courtney will also lead the group in a sensory meditation, as well as read a story and lead the group through a sunflower yoga sequence.
The cost for each child is $12 and includes all of the bee, yoga and mindfulness activities, one cut sunflower to take home, and entry into the maze for both the child and one accompanying adult, if desired. Adults are welcome to wait outside of the maze if they prefer. The cost for any additional adults who wish to come through the maze is $10. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for your child. We can’t wait to see you!
