We were asked if we would like to be a part of the VE events happening in Brixham and we said that we would like to contribute to a Peace Parade & Concert.
We will be hosting FREE banner making workshops in the studio/gallery during the days and evenings.
The workshops are on:

Saturday 29th March 2025 2.00 - 5.00pm

The parade is early evening and will be led by Patrick The Pony - there is the opportunty for you to bring a picnic and enjoy a concert from our lovely friends Music At The Edge.
We would love to see people coming together for this. The world is a crazy place right now and we hope that this brings a bit of joy
Event Details:
The event will start with a peace parade at 18:30, led by Patrick the Pony, the Mayor of Cockington Village, and the War Horse Memorial Mascot. The parade will begin at the path to Shoalstone Pool on Berry Head Road. Everyone is welcome to participate and meet Patrick.
Peace Concert:
From 19:00 to 21:00, we’ll have a peace concert featuring musicians from MusicAtTheEdge.
Beacon Lighting:
The beacon lighting will take place at 21:30, in line with similar events across the UK.
This event brings together A Kick Up The Arts, B.A.T.S (Brixham Art & Theatre Society, Music At The Edge, Brixham Town Council, Shoalstone Seawater Pool and Patrick The Pony.
