Shoalstone Wellbeing Day

It’s back !! We are hosting our 1st Wellbeing event of the year at Shoalstone on May 11th from 10am. There will be all your favourite activities including yoga, tai chi, sound bath, creative art, dance fusion, reflexology and much more. So come on down and join us for this fab event for all and maybe even have a dip in the pool !
