Please bring your yoga mat a small blanket and a hand towel for your comfort.

This special event will start with a talk about the Fourth chakra and circle time. A guided meditation into the heart chakra will then set the stage for the breathwork session. At the commencement of the active breath the sound healing will seal your practice with completion and bliss. You will be receiving reiki throughout the sound portion of the session.

Everyone will also receive a crystal to complement the activation and healing of the Heart chakra.
