Join us in sacred space during the time of the Summer Solstice for a heart-opening journey of cacao, sound, reiki, community and intention. As the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, we gather to celebrate the light within and around us with a Reiki-infused sound bath, a ceremonial dose of sacred cacao, and the soft, nurturing energy of rose medicine. Rose is the flower of June and has a beautiful energy that compliments and balances the energies of the Summer Solstice.

•Immerse yourself in the loving frequency of roses through flower essences, petals, and other symbolism
•Surrender to a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments

Reflect and set intentions in honor of the solstice – a powerful portal for growth and renewal
This ceremony is designed to nourish your spirit, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with your heart's truth, all while held in the gentle embrace of rose energy and solar illumination. Come blossom with us. Step into the light, open your heart, and align with the vibrant energy of midsummer.
How to prepare: We will provide a yoga mat and blanket, and we invite you to bring water, a pillow and anything else you may need to ensure you feel completely relaxed and comfortable during the event as you will be laying down for over an hour. Chairs are available if you are unable to lay. You may also wish to bring an eye mask and journal & pen. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
