Bachateros - we’re turning the heat all the way up this Thursday with the return of the incredible Illary - one of Australia’s finest bachata artists - alongside Brisbane’s own Matteaus, fresh off the international festival circuit!
If you were at her last Brats workshop in May of last year, you already know – it was one of our biggest nights ever.
Illary now calls Melbourne home and travels the world with her partner Woo, teaching at top Latin dance festivals and sharing their powerful passion for bachata everywhere they go.
She brings unmatched precision, presence, and flavour – and this week, we’re lucky to have her back in Brisbane.
Joining her is Matteaus, one of our local legends who's just returned from teaching abroad and representing Brisbane on global stages. His energy, musicality, and smooth, connected style bring something special every time he steps on the floor.
