Restore - Yoga Workshop Braidwood

Friday 6th June 5.30-8pm

This workshop, is like no other. We will be practising restorative yoga. Very few postures with very little effort. Submerging in a deep rest, using the breath & stillness as your guide. We will consciously move very slow and take extended time in specific poses aimed to quite the brain and soothe the mind. Embrace the essence of winter to rest your nervous system, nourish and restore.

Includes, movement through asana, breathing practices, meditation and a scrumptious dinner $45.
