The Zest Sesh: Yoga, Strength, Restore, Sauna & Plunge

Join Team Zest (Kevin & Cree) for a 75-minute outdoor movement experience designed to energize, connect, and restore. We’ll move through a dynamic blend of vinyasa flow, bodyweight strength training, and grounding restorative yoga — all set in nature.

After class, you’re invited to cool off with a dip in the river and soak in the heat with Ember & Ice’s mobile sauna and cold plunge setup.

Our goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — to play, connect with others, move your body, and take care of your health in a joyful, supportive environment. Whether you're here for the sweat, the stretch, the plunge, or the community — this one’s for you.
