9:00am-10:00am x "All Levels" Yoga Class (save your spot with ticket)10:00am - 2:00pm Sauna + Ice Bath Recovery Sessions (book your session by selecting a ticket for the "hour session" that works with your schedule)

WHERE:

• pop-up will be on-site at !
• Yoga Session: Wear comfortable clothes to move in, bring your yoga mat, wear sunscreen, and maybe a hat or sunglasses for savasana
• Sauna + Ice Bath Sessions: Wear A Swimsuit, Bring A Towel, Water Bottle, Slip-On Shoes
• Please note, no lockers will be available to hold valuables, only bring what you need
• RÊVE Residents will have VIP ACCESS to secure yoga and recovery sessions.

Space is limited / participants must be 18+ / and pre-registration and liability waiver is required for sauna + ice bath sessions (which can be signed the day of event)

• As someone who doesn’t “idle well” – you’ll find Janelle: doing yoga, hiking around the mountains with her doggo Luminous Flux, snowboarding tree runs in the Rocky Mountains, lifting weights with her personal training clients, and getting humbled bouldering or climbing (follow on instagram @tvla_yoga)! She started her yoga journey in 2010 because it was the perfect counterpart to any fitness training program; which then led to 13+ certifications (including an Ayurvedica Health Certfication with Deepak Chopra), leading a handful of international yoga retreats, facilitation of 30+ Yoga Alliance teacher trainings, teaching at Northern Nights Musica Festival, and the creation of her own yoga company TVLA YOGA LLC (www.tvlashop.com)! She loves curating wellness events that help others experience + explore new ways to optimize their health goals while building community.
