What: Forest Therapy Walk – to reconnect and learn the subtle art of communicating with trees and the natural world in intuitive and heart-centered ways.
When: Sunday, May 18th, 2025, from 2-5pm
Where: Long Canyon Trail ~ a beautiful and fairly easy hike full of lovely Ponderosa pines and open areas perfect for tuning into nature. Located part way up Flagstaff Scenic Highway in Boulder.
Why: Now more than ever we need to remember that we are part of the natural world and reconnect to its rhythms, cycles and ways of communicating. In our overly digitized and social media driven society we’ve lost a precious part of ourselves that is longing to return home, home to the forest. It’s calling to you. Do you hear it? Please join us and answer the call!
