We will start with discussion on our topic and transition into our transcending Sound Healing Journey. Sharing and participation may be before or after Sound Healing. Each gathering is unique to those that attend. Expect simply to flow in this sacred ceremony.

SOUND HEALING JOURNEYS will transform your entire vibrational existence (mind, body, and spirit) allowing you to relax, truly heal, and find a deep connection within yourself. They will help clear out the chaotic energy of everyday life, past trauma, and unhealthy thinking by creating a mindful stillness.

The intention is to align with our highest potential by raising awareness on all levels so that we may sustain a higher vibration in our daily lives, rooted in love and inspiration. Having a strong Life Force flow will allow you to be healthy, maintain emotional balance, hold space for others, and emit a positive frequency that transmutes lower vibrations and patterns of thinking. This also promotes greater SELF LOVE which in turn creates more loving relationships.

During this transcendent sound healing journey, Caressa, with the wisdom of light and sound frequency healing, uses a collection of instruments creating a cosmic symphony of Tibetan metal and 432hz crystal bowl vessels; Fibonacci tuning forks, medicinal voice, drums, rhythmic breathing, and more. These instruments emit different healing tone frequencies bathing you in the vibrations of soothing sonic resonance that create harmony, which restores and realigns the body and soul, and can even shift one into altered states of consciousness.

As an adjunct professor at Red Rocks Community College, she also teaches Jin Shin Jyutsu and Sound Healing classes for the Integrative Health Program.

WHAT TO BRING:

***BRING LOTS OF CUSHION*** pillows, blankets, camping mat/yoga mat. Don't be shy... People bring bags/bins full. You want to prepare a comfortable space for yourself.

If you have lower back troubles, it is suggested to also bringing a pillow or bolster to place under your knees.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day previous to journey, but not directly beforehand so that you may remain in stillness without running to restroom. Sound waves carry on water, and the more hydrated you are, the more likely the frequencies will have a penetrating effect.

Best not to have a heavy meal or caffeine directly before sound healing.

Please use your GPS to find location.Vali Soul Sanctuary is next to a lake. You will pull onto private property via a dirt road, and see plenty of parking. Please walk toward house along the sidewalk of flowers, plants, and trees.

Walk through archway made of rock until you come to a sitting area with fire pit. Entrance to sanctuary is on your left. You will see other people so follow them!
