A beautiful circle of heart-opening cacao, guided visualization, and crystal-bowl sound bath.

No experience or preparation necessary, come as you are! Beginners are welcome and encouraged.

• Bring: Yoga mat, pillow, and a journal + pen for intention setting
• Provided: Heart opening cacao, lavender / unscented weighted eye pillows, and cozy blankets
• Dress: Comfy layers, pillows and PJ’s welcome
