Kundalini Rebirthing

Rebirthing Workshops allow us to eliminate our stored subconscious garbage. The mental clutter that accumulates through aversive experiences in our lives, especially in our youth. During the Rebirthing workshop we work with mudras, the breath (pranayam), and deep meditation to cultivate a cleansing effect. This leaves us with a sense of peace once we clear out this clutter. In essence, we are reborn into a new consciousness, one not marred with unnecessary negativity. These workshops are a great jumpstart to facilitating greater spiritual growth in our lives. Ultimately, their purpose is to have a profound healing effect.
