From the Ground Up - 4 part Contact Improvisation series

We are excited to share this 4 part summer series !!
For those craving more depth, connection, and clarity in your dancing:
From the Ground Up is a 4-part Contact Improvisation series rooted in somatic awareness, adaptive movement, and the raw magic of presence.

We’ll build from the ground—literally—starting with floorwork and solo pathways, and evolving into weight sharing, small lifts, and the deeper art of listening with the whole body.

✨ This is more than a technique series.
It’s an invitation to let go of “looking good,” and discover what it means to dance honestly.

🌀 4 Fridays: June 6, 13, 27 & July 4
⏰ 4:00–6:30 PM at the Boulder Circus Center
💸 Sliding Scale: $180–$320 for full series | $50–$80 drop-in

Whether you’re new to CI or returning to your roots, this series is designed to meet you where you are—with space to grow, explore, and unravel.
