Embody Yo Body! A Therapeutic Dance Class for All

Come dance your heart awake at an all-levels beginner-friendly dance class. A somatic therapist will lead you into your body, create connection, and awaken the vibrancy, joy & love already within you.

This therapeutic dance class will teach you how to feel good in your body and trust youself again. There will be a different theme every month to explore how we relate to certain topics and release blocks that may be getting in the way in a FUN & ENLIVENING atmosphere.

This month’s theme explores COMMUNITY:

How do we call in community? what is our relationship to being a part of community? How do we stay true to ourselves and also show up for others?

The Junkyard Social Club is open to everyone- all bodies, genders, and ages.

Bring a Journal and Pen

Drinks will be sold at the venue but you are welcome to bring a water bottle
