Welcome to the Community Leader Coherence Convergence!

Join us in BOULDER, COLORADO USA for a weekend of collaboration, inspiration, and growth. We have the ability to shape the future. There are amazing tools in the world that increase our collective organizing capacity. Simultaneously though, change-makers feel a collective burden a terrible urgency like never before. This can feel crushing. To do our best work we can't come from overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, exhaustion or burnout.

To inspire confidence and continue to grow the mission it is imperative we get really good at processing our fears in real time so we stay self regulated and can swiftly adapt to ever changing terrain.

Amidst an ever-growing tech connection and AI presence on our planet, we increasingly need to refine our innate capacity to authentically form relationships (with self and others) in real life. Our ability to engage with each other and form trustworthy bonds becomes profoundly precious and potent.

Learning how to use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) helps build and sustain healthy relationships by helping you safely edit old emotional responses. EFT—a scientifically validated practice with over 30 years of research—gives the brain and body a rapid update which helps you create integrous, aligned, energetic, harmony in relationship to yourself and others.
