In times of joy, tea reminds us what's worth celebrating. In times of sorrow, tea can help us see the path to wholeness. Sipping this wonderful plant nourishes the innate part of us that's gentle, harmonious, and at ease. For centuries, this humble tea has been honored and respected as a tool for inspiring states of deep meditation and insight.
Oxytocin’s tea ceremonies provide an intimate space to experience the richness that tea offers as a plant medicine. This ritual is inspired by both traditional Eastern tea forms and modern practices for authentic connection.
Expect moments of intention-setting, silence, and warm communal support as we explore the path to wholeness together.
This tea ceremony may unlock your new favorite form of self-care. ❣️
Facilitator of the evening: Amelia Broughton 🙏
Amelia Broughton's relationship with Tea began at a very young age, shaped by her British upbringing. While her early experiences with Tea differed from The Way of Tea (Cha Dao) she has practiced since 2023, Tea has always been a thread of connection and beauty in her life.
As a Leadership Coach and Facilitator who has held space for a wide spectrum of the human experience, she often reflects that her journey carved deep grooves for Tea to pour abundantly into when the time was right.
A devoted student of the Five Elements and a practitioner of Mythosomatic Qigong, Amelia’s ever-blooming relationship with serving Tea is a natural continuation of the practices that nourish her spirit. She is continually awed by the simplicity and profound connection Tea Ceremony offers to those open to Her gentle power.
When she's not drinking Tea or coaching her brilliant clients, she is designing experiences that awaken and strengthen the simple yet profound capacities we all have to create relationships that are dynamic, deep, and authentic.
