BVSD is hosting the Help Center for families who require assistance prior to the start of school.
The Help Center can assist families with any of the following:
▪️Enrollments
▪️Open enrollment applications
▪️Free and reduced lunch forms
▪️Infinite campus parent portal accounts
▪️Completing the Intent to Return for each enrolled student
▪️McKinney-Vento team members will be on hand to help facilitate families experiencing housing instability.
Please note that Transportation and IT assistance for Chromebooks is not available at the Help Center. For assistance with transportation inquiries, please contact

BVSD Education Center - Professional Development Center (PDC)
6500 E. Arapahoe Road in Boulder (southwest side of the building– park in the lot west of the building)

BVSD will have bilingual staff available for support.
Families looking to enroll a new student should bring the following documentation:
▪️Current proof of address
▪️Birth certificates or passports for the students enrolling
▪️Contact information for student’s previous school
▪️Name and phone number of one emergency contact outside of the student’s immediate household
The Help Center is free and open to all. No appointments are necessary.
