Imagine your favorite Dead tunes re-interpreted thru the lens of a mash-up of JJ Cale, Parliament Funkadelic and Merle Haggard. Twang Is Dead features Arthur Lee Land and Friends with special guests highlighting Arthur’s arrangements of classic Dead songs and his signature sound: The Twang of his psychedelic, hand painted 1955 B-Bender Fender Telecaster guitar.

Arthur’s known for his joy filled innovative live performances and from years of touring with established Colorado bands: Great American Taxi (Replacing Vince Herman of Leftover Salmon) String Cheese Incident's keyboardist: Kyle Hollingsworth Band, Daniel Rodriguez Band (Founding member of Elephant Revival), his own band projects Arthur Lee Land Trio/& Friends and his solo Live-Looping show.
