A sound bath with Gongs is a chance to experience deep feelings of relaxation. It will enable your body to be lulled into a deep meditative state. The instruments will include Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Koshi Chimes, Percussion, Shamanic Drum and Healing Voice. It will simply involve sitting or lying down (depending on your physical abilities and level of comfort) and receiving the sound and vibrations from various beautiful instruments. The sounds will be gentle and relaxing allowing your body the chance to really let go. This enables the body’s natural healing capacities to be activated.
There will be a focus on gongs which will take you deeper into yourself.
Please bring your own mats, pillows and blankets. There are also chairs available for anyone unable to lie on the floor.
Not suitable for anyone with Sound Induced Epilepsy, first trimester of pregnancy, unmanaged Bipolar disorder or psychosis. A sound journey should not be undertaken under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
If you have any health conditions please let me know in advance so that I can adapt my playing to suit your needs.
There is free on-street parking in the area. Please arrive in plenty time to find a space.
