Move to the Music- Adult Class: Bonnybridge

A themed class to music with lots of movement and dance moves. Full of high energy and guaranteed to have lots of laughs.



The music for this session will be Summer Anthems.



This class will burn with all the fun. Wear comfortable clothes and bring along some water.



Sarah from Balanced Academy will be the facilitator for this class.



This session will be held on Saturday 24th May 10-11am. It's £8 to come along, with a reduced rate available. Pick the price that best reflects your circumstances.



Meet Your Facilitator:
Sarah is the founder of Balanced Academy and WellYness Adventures. She is a qualified teacher, gymnastics, mental health and exercise and fitness coach. She has dedicated her time to working with people of all ages to promote wellbeing through movement. Creating bespoke classes for all ages to make movement fun.
