- **Event Description**: Join Kerrie of Healing Flow and Morag of Sound Balance Scotland for a relaxing evening of meditation and sound.

Kerrie will start with evening with a relaxing meditation to help you settle into your body. This will flow into Morag's sound bath which is a chance to experience deep feelings of relaxation. It will enable your body to be lulled into a deep meditative state with the sounds of Gongs, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Percussion, Shamanic Drum and Healing Voice. It will simply involve sitting or lying down (depending on your physical abilities and level of comfort) and receiving the sound and vibrations from various beautiful instruments. The sounds will be gentle and relaxing allowing your body the chance to really let go. This enables the body's natural healing capacities to be activated.

Please bring your own mats, pillows and blankets. The floor is quite hard. There are also chairs available for anyone unable to lie on the floor.
Includes tea/coffee/biscuits at the end to ground.

Not suitable for anyone with Sound Induced Epilepsy, first trimester of pregnancy, unmanaged Bipolar disorder or psychosis. A sound bath should not be undertaken under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

No refunds. If you are unable to attend you may transfer your ticket to a friend.
