Led by Amanda and Audra, our Crystal Bowl Sound Bath is not your typical sound bath. For approximately 60 minutes, you will be encircled in this profound experience. As Audra facilitates the crystal bowls, along with other high-frequency healing instruments, the sounds vibrate deeply, clearing your energy field and promoting balance.
The experience is further enriched as Amanda infuses the session with a group quantum energy healing, amplifying the benefits of the sound bath and fostering a deep sense of peace and rejuvenation.
Join us for this sacred time of sound, light, and healing, and leave feeling renewed and centered.
What to bring:
For your comfort, we provide foam floor mats and blankets. If lying on the floor isn’t an option for you, a few chairs are available. You’re also welcome to bring any additional items—such as a pillow, bolster, or eye cover—to enhance your relaxation during the 60-minute experience, whether you choose to sit or lie down.
Time/Parking/Important Information:
The doors will open at 6:45 pm, and the sound healing will begin promptly at 7:00 pm, concluding around 8:10 pm. Please plan to arrive early to allow ample time for check-in and to settle into your surroundings. Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. The parking lot and entrance are available at the back of the building.
