Chris Forsyth (solo) w/ Tommy O'Donnell & Yea Big Duo

ROLL UP... I have finally succeeded in getting Chris Forsyth here for a show! If you're a long-time shop reg, you'll know the score, but if not, take a dive. This Philly-based guitar wrangler has been plying his own sound for a long, long time, but you'll get whiffs of Television, uncle Neil, jazzoid skronk, the odd Keef, Quine, you get the picture. All guitar is the focus on this night, but you can also catch him with his newest venture BASIC, as well as various formations & evolutions of his Solar Motel Band. To expand on the guitar theme, local legend Tommy O'Donnell (he of Something Brothers fame) is teaming up with YEA BIG (Stefen Robinson) for a guitar/horn duo to open the night. Tommy's avant shards go back a long time as well, don't forget he played with Eugene Chadbourne when that meant something to a lot of people!
