5 Day Youth Summer Art Camp: The Sew Good Series

Who: Ages 7+

What: Kids will learn the basics of sewing and embroidery through hands-on projects that spark creativity and build confidence. Campers will master three foundational stitches—straight, cross, and whip stitch—while creating unique items like embroidery hoop wall hangings, felt stuffies, and personalized canvas pieces.

Project 1: Learn basic embroidery stitches with hoop + paint camp t-shirt
Project 2: Create embroidery hoop wall hanging
Project 3: Hand sewn stuffy (bear, bunny or llama)
Project 4: Free form sew and craft a journal cover + take home journal
Project 5: Embroidered name on canvas project (pouch, tote or apron)
