Support Group

The Grief Hub's peer-led support group is open to everyone over the age of sixteen who has experienced grief, bereavement or any type of loss. Our group offers the opportunity to share your story (or simply listen) in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment and receive support from others who have similar shared experiences and who truly understand the journey you are on.
