Food For Mood

Do you often wonder if something your child's eating is impacting their mood?
This workshop is designed to give parents the tools to become their child's detective and navigate moods with nutrition. We will give you the education needed and skills to begin the path of navigating mood and behaviors with a holistic lifestyle.

Objectives:
Learn to become a food detective for your child's mental health.
Learn which foods may increase mental health difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, defiance, etc.
Learn to read labels, monitor the body for what it needs, and to eliminate.
Learn coping skills to make this a lifestyle change for your family.

This is a rare opportunity to have a live class on zoom!
