In today’s fast-paced world, our minds are often overwhelmed — filled with constant chatter, endless to-do lists, and racing thoughts. This mental busyness not only robs us of peace, but also makes it difficult to experience true happiness and clarity.
In this gentle and inspiring 6-week course, Kadampa Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Leksang will guide you through practical meditations and timeless teachings that help quiet and focus the mind and restore a deep sense of inner calm.
It is great for beginners as well as those with experience.
