Birmingham Jazz AGM + FREE entry gig

Birmingham Jazz AGM followed by a live performance by Much Ado About Jazz (Chris Gumbley & Al Gurr)

All members or prospective members are welcome to sit in on the AGM where you can meet the Birmingham Jazz team and hear about plans for the next year.

'Much Ado About Jazz' is something a bit different. It's a show aimed at people who don't necessarily like jazz, as well as those who do! An evening of jazz with Chris Gumbley (saxophones and clarinets) and Al Gurr (piano).

These hugely entertaining and talented musicians perform much-loved jazz classics and jazz interpretations of songs from shows, pop and theme tunes. Expect great melodies and dry humour, as they also ‘open up’ on how jazz musicians work.

The order of the evening is:
7pm - General Meeting
8pm - Much Ado About Jazz performance
